We offer a $10.95 FLAT RATE for standard shipping Australia wide on all orders under $150.
FREE SHIPPING Australia wide on all orders over $150.
You may like to upgrade to EXPRESS shipping which is $15.95 on all orders.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. You will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment.
We aim to deliver within 2-10 working days from the date of your order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of being received, please be aware of sale events where delays may occur.
LOCAL PICKUP is available ( Please note we are located in Eaton WA). Please select pickup at check out and provide email address and phone number.
At the moment we are not offering International Shipping. Sorry for any inconvenience.
You can track the delivery status of your order at the Australia Post website once your tracking number has been sent to you.
We will replace or refund a parcel that is incorrectly addressed by us, but we do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly or insufficiently provided to us.
All shipping is at your, the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost orders, or packages damaged in transit.
For all lost orders please contact Australia Post advise them that your order has not arrived. You will need to quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email.
We will happily exchange or refund any item that is damaged or defected, however we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. Please notify us via email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you are not happy with one of our products for any reason.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind.
If there is a fault with the product we sincerely apologise. We will happily exchange (or replace to another item of the same value if your original one is no longer available) including return postage providing we are informed about the fault and product is returned within 30 days of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
